Interim Management and Support (NHS IMAS) offers National Health Service (NHS) organisations that need short or medium term support, the means to access the management expertise that exists throughout the NHS.

The programme has a small core team that concentrates on building the talent pool, assignment management, they are the key contact for both the client and the NHS IMAS pool members. NHS IMAS does not charge commission for using its services.

Any NHS organisation can access support from NHS IMAS. We support NHS clients to meet a broad spectrum of
challenges.

Support is tailored to the needs of the client and can include elements of interim capacity and capability, organisational renewal, consultancy or any combination of these.
