Gerard, Head of Health at Browne Jacobson provided an update on how ICSs are developing.
In particular he talks us through the work his team have been doing with ICSs as they are developed for establishment; looking at some of the issues which have been grappled with, and sharing work NHS clients have done to fit with the expected new legal framework. Gerard also looks at how ICSs may evolve over the next few years, as they establish their place in an integrated health and social care legal framework.

He currently works with the National Discharge Cell as the SME advising on discharge to assess and supports improvement at a system level within the ECIST team.
